New Era we have ministry programs for people of all walks of life.
From toddlers to seniors, it is our goal to offer an environment
for all people to be able to explore a relationship with Christ.

Communications
and Multimedia
The communications
team is responsible for all publicity of the church's events
and programs in the greater community. The multimedia team
coordinates all development, recording, mass production,
and distribution of multimedia products pertaining to New
Era. Preparing and distributing printed and recorded material
for both member and community use. Areas to serve in the
communications and multimedia ministry include: editing,
newsletter, sound room, bookstore, video taping. |

Deacons
Serves the congregation
and promotes the spiritual life of the Church. This is done
in some of the following ways: praying for/with members,
distributing Communion, assisting with Baptisms, visiting
the sick or shut-ins, following up with members, and distributing
funds to the needy based on the financial standing of the

Deaconess
|

EDUCATION:
Sunday School and Mid-Week Bible Study
These are the major
teaching ministries of New Era. Ministries develop a foundation
of biblical teaching and build on various biblical topics
for spiritual growth. Sunday School classes meet on
Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Mid-Week bible study meets
on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. |

Fishers
of Men
| This ministry promotes the
growth of Young Men and Men ministering in the area of song. |
|

Greeters
| This ministry serves as
the first contact for visitors. They welcome visitors and
make them more comfortable. |

Hospitality
| This ministry supports church
events that require food and refreshments. Contact Person:

Intercessory
Prayer Ministries
| Supports the church through
prayer. Intercession is on behalf of the Pastor, the church,
individuals, and our nation. |

Iron
Sharpens Iron
| This ministry provides people
an opportunity to meet and discuss topics in the bible, as
well as other issues they might be facing. |

Judah's
Ministries for Children & Youth
This
ministry is the umbrella for all children's and youth activities,
groups, and programs at New Era. These groups and activities
include: Children's Ministry, Children's Church, and Teen Ministry. |

Men's
Provides
an opportunity for the gathering of the men of New Era in
order to discuss issues and concerns pertaining to men,
their walk with the Lord, their role in the church, family,
and community. They also sponsor various social and recreational
events. |

Missionary
| This ministry does activities
outside of the local congregation to fulfill the Great Commission
of Christ and the Church in the community. |
|
|
| |
Music
Comprised
of all choirs, singing groups, musicians and praise teams
within the church. This ministry leads the congregation
into high praise and worship. |

Outreach
Coordinates
efforts to meet church's goal for witnessing and claiming
believers for Christ Jesus. There are also collaborative
initiatives with other churches/groups that fall under the
umbrella of outreach. |

Pantry
Supports
the church by providing hospitality for bereaved families.

Recreation
|

Senior's:
Young At Heart Ministry (YAHM)
We have
many active people who are 60+ in our church. YAHM serves
to keep them vibrant and active participants in the ministry
of the church. |

Transportation
This
ministry provides transportation for those needing a way
to church services and functions.

Trustees
Responsible
for church property and handling of tithes and offerings.
Ensure that the church's property is in good order, functioning,
and accounted for. Formulate and oversee the church's budget;
develop policy to effectively receive and disburse monies,
and aid in the general administration of the church.

Ushers
Men
and women dedicated to "order" in the house of
the Lord. Committed to the comfort of guests and church
members always extending a helping hand and friendly spirit.
Assist with seating people, receiving tithes and offerings,
and maintaining order during services. |
